Our intensive programmes are courses where players can get a lot of time in small groups with our coaches. The daily sessions focus on learning and practicing technical skills, and at the end of each daily session we have a game.
We split students into different age and ability groups, so camps are not just for advanced students. A normal 3 hour session would include:
- - warm up
- - co-ordination drills
- - skills & passing practice (e.g. moves to beat players, turns, tricks, juggling)
- - skills & passing games (e.g. one on ones, small sided passing games)
- - skills competitions (e.g. juggling & penalty competitions)
- - end of session match
Our sessions are structured with plenty of shade and water breaks, but where lessons are outdoors, please wear appropriate soccer clothing, bring plenty of water, sunscreen and a hat.
