In the upcoming Chinese New Year holiday we are planning to run a 2 day soccer camp ending with a friendly challenge against another member of the Hong Kong Junior Football League.   

This is a great chance for all of our students to train for and play competitive football!

Dates: 29^th and 30^th January 2009

Times: 9am to 3pm daily.  (Note this is longer than our usual camps, so students will need to bring a packed lunch).

Venue: Stanley Ho Sports Ground, Sandy Bay, Pok Fu Lam.

Charge: HK$900 The camp should work as follows:

Day 1 - Morning and afternoon - the students will be split into groups depending upon age and ability.  These groups will go on to form the teams that they will play in the following day.  In this camp the students will work more on ideas of teamwork, positioning and team tactics.

Day 2 - Morning – final practice in teams and tactics.

Afternoon – HK Football Academy will bring their teams to Sandy Bay and we will have a friendly tournament, competing for the BSS Challenge Cup!

The number of teams and size of the tournament will depend upon enrolments, but based on previous camp enrolments we are hopeful of putting out teams in most age groups, so students will be playing with and against players of their own age. 

Note: if you usually train in the afternoon at one of our sessions scheduled that week and wish to switch to the day camp, you can deduct the credit from that lesson from your camp total.  Contact us if you wish to do this and we can confirm the amounts.

For those of you in Sai Kung, we will be running a Chinese New Year Camp at the Clearwater Bay Golf and Country Club, similar to the one held at Christmas.  

Dates: 29^th and 30^th January 2009,
